About Me

Building Change Capability That Lasts

I help organizations make transformation work—not just on paper, but in practice. Over 13 years, I've led change programmes across Europe, North America, and APAC for global brands in gaming, retail, luxury goods, logistics, consumer goods, and government.

I spent 11 years at Deloitte (Analyst → Manager) working on operating model transformations, culture change, and digital/ERP implementations. Between and alongside consulting work, I've founded and scaled my own ventures—import/export, food manufacturing, international expansion. This taught me to solve problems with limited resources and design solutions that work in messy reality.

What makes me different: I design enterprise change frameworks and operating models that teams can use without a manual. I coach leaders, align stakeholders, and turn resistance into momentum. I focus on the unglamorous bits—governance, adoption metrics, knowledge transfer—because that's what makes transformation stick beyond go-live.
